these bags are a good effort. the designs are interesting. some constructive criticism..
1.try using different materials/fabrics for the bags. satin does not match everything, for instance natural mystic would look cute with a brown cotton bag with beads that match the costume
2.I can see thread and glue glun remnants in the photos, pay attention to being neater.
3.sometimes less is more, simple designs remember the bag is not supposed to compete with the costume
4.show bag with an object for scale. all the bags look the same size in the pics with nothing to compare it too.
Hey AC and anonymous, I will take into consideration your suggestions. Anonymous I do take effort in my work I try to clean up my bags after wards as much as possible before it gets to the customer, most times these pictures are taken as soon as the bags are done.
As for designs it depends on the customers wants, I can sketch something for them rougly and they decide if they want less or more, some people say go all out they want everything.
I will put up pictures of the bags next to an object as to create some kind of scale of measurement, thanks for your suggestions. Every1 else remember i'm also up for consttructive criticism
Anon I am also open to trying different fabrics, I did actually think of the brown cotton idea but I had already made the bag,i use satin, sequin and brocade because some persons want shiny bags since its carnival, in he intial stages I also used cotton but I realised that there really wasn't a demand for it. If any customer would like a different material they can make the request.Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
I like Anonymous' idea of using a natural fabric like brown cotton to better match Natrual Mystic.
